During my recent stay, I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from SITE Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Railyard, making it super easy to explore local art and culture on foot. plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Cozy room with a fireplace!

Spent 4 nights here. My room was super nice, especially the gas fireplace – added such a warm vibe! The big bathroom was a plus too. Our butler was a lifesaver on New Year’s Eve, helping with last-minute pressing of my husband's clothes. Just too pricey for the holiday, felt like we got hit with inflated rates. Breakfast had standard options but was served in a lovely spot with great views.

Amazing place with quality wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and a relaxing spa. The staff were helpful during my first stay with tech issues and have always been supportive. I highly recommend it for a city trip!

The complimentary breakfast each morning featured fresh fruit, tasty pastries, and a great selection of yogurts, which got my day off to a good start. Happy hour was a delightful touch with a nice variety of snacks and drinks. The spa services were nice too, although I had to schedule appointments in advance, which wasn’t always convenient for spontaneous pampering.

the cleaning service was a bit off one day , forgot to do my room but everything else was wonderful. the decor was beautiful with native art 🌵. the butler service was amazing , super attentive and helpful! breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and fruits.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the cozy Hacienda Fireplace Double Room and the evening wine and snacks! The hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a long day, and the body scrub at the spa was heavenly. Just a small note, the cleaning service could use a little more attention to detail but it didn’t take away from our experience. 😊
